About the Item
Some antiques you only find once in your life and this is definitely the case with this hand-forged, early 20th century flush mount. This wrought iron and stained leaded glass fixture was made for a home that was built between 1915 and 1920. New owners decided to completely modernize this period house (yes, this actually happens sometimes) and that is how we came to own it. Apart from 3 replaced screws that hold the glass panels, this excellent condition flush mount is all original. The combination of the geometrically shaped, white glass panels and the pure Art Deco design of the wrought iron frame is a match made in heaven. Both with the light switched on and off, this really is an absolute joy to own and look at. Mind you, this Art Deco flush mount needs no wiring. It can simply be screwed onto your ceiling where the wire is and all you need is a socket with a lightbulb. If you already have a place in mind for this unique Art Deco flush mount then it could be flying your way soon. Mind you, our fair price even includes perfect packing and also worldwide delivery from our store to your door in just 4 days.
