Hanging from a stylized loop with an upper crown and having a round and hexagonal shaped standard, the upper tier with stylized rosettes, the central tier with six larger scrolling arms, the third tier with shorter scrolling arms, all arms with crown form bobeches, the lower tier with stylized rosettes with a shaped loop terminal.
