About the Item

The Magari wall lamp or reading light is handmade to order by Blueprint Lighting. Magari is adjustable to suit your needs: there are two articulating joints and the shade has a swivel mechanism for rotation. This design is strongly influenced by both French and Italian Mid-Century Modernism and features a distinctly beveled edge along the bottom of the shade. Inspired by the vintage sconces found by Eyeswoon ‘s Athena Calderone and featured in her kitchen and in her gorgeous book Live Beautiful, 2020.

Enamel colors may be specified from our 36 in-house colors! Frame and back plate patina may be specified from our 6 in-house metal finishes. Magari is shown here with PERFECT WHITE on the lower half of the shade, OIL-RUBBED BRONZE as the upper half of the shade, with NATURAL BRASS hardware.Need the arms length(s) to be shorter or longer?

This piece may be hardwired for use with a light switch (as shown), hardwired but with a toggle switch on the backplate for manual operation or made with a cord and plug with toggle switch if hard wiring is not desired. Please specify when ordering.

Total dimensions as shown are 20″ H x 6″ W x 20″ D. The backplate is 3″w x 5″ h and covers a standard wall junction box.

This piece uses 1 (one) E12 candelabra base bulb up to 60 watts (or use LED). Bulb is not included. All Blueprint Lighting fixtures are UL-listed.
