Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior and furniture designer that started his career as assistant to Carl Malmsten. In 1951 he founded his company, Hans-Agne Jakobsson AB, in Markaryd. His designs are characterized by his commitment to working with materials that make the light in his objects pleasant and glare-free.

Authorized re-edition newly produced by Orsjo, Sweden. Professionally rewired for US electrical with custom modified back plates for mounting over US junction box. Accommodates a single 100W equivalent LED bulb (or 60W incandescent). Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing (including wet location certification) possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee.
